Biography and Information

Benjamín Cruz was born in México City on May 28 of 1981. Two years later, he had moved to Villahermosa City in the state of Tabasco where he lived for ten years approximately. At the end of his elementary school, he moved with his family to Tuxtla Gutiérrez City in the state of Chiapas.

In Tuxtla Gutiérrez, he finished his middle, high and professional studies. He obtained the title of "Computational Systems Enginering" in Tecnological Institute of Tuxtla Gutiérrez on Feburary of 2003. In the same year, He had moved to México City and later he started his Master Science studies in Center for Computing Research. He finished them in December of 2005 and obtained the title of "Master in Computing Science". In November of 2009 he finished his Ph. D. studies in the Center for Computing Research too, and he also obtained the title of "Ph. D. in Computing Science".

At this moment he has twenty nine years old and resides in México City. His passions are mathematics, books, movies, soccer, religion, history, but mainly the Anime (japanese cartoons) series.

He considers himself as a smart guy in some areas and a leal and good friend. He is a very quiet person because he loves the silence. When he is very stressed he has an explossive character but in general his character is very kind and calm.

He loves cats and bears, but usually He likes any kind of pet. The pizza and the chilaquiles are his favorite foods. His favorite soccer teams is "Chivas of Guadalajara" in mexican league, in the case of international soccer teams He is fan of "Chelsea Blues" and "Roma A.C.". Speaking of books, his favorites are "Tlacaelel" by Antonio Velazco Piña and "La Mujer Dormida debe dar a luz" by Ayocuan among many others. In the case of Anime series, He is fan and he recomends to see the following series: "Kanon", "Clannad", "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi", "Gundam Series", "Code Geass", "Slayers series", "Ef - A tale of memories/melodies" and more. His favorite characters are Princess Naussicaä of "Naussicaä of the Valley of the Wind" and D of "Vampire Hunter D".
